this is his basic outfit when hes out in the snow, he has fairly long snow white hair that he needs to tie back most of the time, his eyes are deep blue that draw you in... seeming to send shivers down your spine and seem like the could freeze you in an instant, he seems as cold as the snow he lives around but can be kind if he trusts the person alot.. and its extremely hard to get that trust, he has a brown belt around his waist holding most of his items and on the back he has a Wakizashi sword sheathed along with a few of his choice daggers... for a few reasons...
Biography: he grew up a loved child but around his 10 birth day his parents where killed along with many a villager in a raid against there town from a large band of rouge fire village ninjas they destroyed his home and burnt most every thing around town, after that he grew up vary bitter to the fire village and bitter to most any one untrusting to every one...
Sample Post:rikka slowly marched trough the snow before stoping a moment to check his surroundings, thinking he might of herd something.. or some one he crouched down to the snow and slowly reached back and gripped the handle of his sword.. and sure enough... two formally none existent men formed as if from nothing in front of him and grinned at him "time to die little one.." the larger one said before charging at him, he grinned slightly to him self and shifted to the side as he ran and presumed to trip the man before flinging his sword from its sheath and quickly hit the mans head with the butt off his sword knocking him out for a bit, he then looked to the other man there, the man shifted and his eyes widen watching what quickly happened before his eyes.. he took a step back before glaring at him "you dumb kid!" he said running at him, he just laughed slightly at his comment and just stood there waiting as he ran, as the man swung down steal hitting steal could be herd and some sparks he was now blocking the man, he quickly shoved him back before running at him posed to strike right through his heart....
Weapon of choice:Wakizashi and a few daggers, and other jutsu created weapons
Jutsu: snow burial
ice darts
summing of white wolfs
fading snow (able to use the snow to be come seemingly invisible, against snow, dose not work other wise)
ice shards (able to make ice shards shoot from his hand or the ground if he places his hand on the ground)
