He looked over towards the person that had appeared behind Kurureenu and chuckled slightly to himself. He was quite fast was Haruka's first thought as he jumped back slightly, doing a few quick handseals. Chakra surged through his hand as an attack, much like the Chidori, formed upon his hand. This one was water and electricity, doubling it's power.
"Explain yourself; Who are you and what is your purpose here?" He asked with a slight scowl towards the newcomer.

Kurureenu glanced back toward Haruka and stepped between him and Kazi. She tilted her head slightly and gave him a small smile, as if telling him that it's okay.
"Haruka. Meet one of my old friends, Kazuki Ukemaru," Kurureenu introduced to the person behind her that smiled slightly and waved. Kurureenu turned toward Kazi. "Kazi. Meet Haruka."
Kazi nodded slightly. "Pleased to make your aquaintance, Haruka," he smiled. He leaned down toward Kurureenu and whispered silently into her ear, "He's cute. Is he your boyfriend or something? You come quite a long way since I last saw you."
The blonde sighed and approached Haruka. "If Kazi starts to flirt with you, don't kill him," she muttered with an exasperated sigh.

Haruka growled. He didn't want it to be an acquaintance of Kurureenu's...he was angered a bit and really wanted to kill someone at the moment. He didn't cancel his jutsu, however, as he spoke,
"Hn....Likewise, I suppose...To give a better explanation of myself, I am Haruka Raikou, of the Raikou clan that was lost long ago...Pleasure..." He murmured.
He then heard what Kurureenu said to him, and he looked towards Kazi with a slight grin upon his features as he looked at a nearby tree. He then murmured, "If he does...."
He then vanished from his spot, though it was just a quick flicker of his speed, and impaled his attack into the tree. The attack quite easily pierced the tree, and suddenly the ground beneath him became a crater. "That will be his fate." He murmured, his eyes looking towards Kazi. He shook his hand off and slipped them into his pockets.
"Hn...What is your ninja rank? You have a good speed on you, so it would seem that you have made at least a Chuunin rank.."

Kurureenu sighed and started to walk away. Kazi gazed toward the tree for a moment with a brow raised, then back toward Haruka.
"I'm a jonin," he replied with a small smile. He glanced up to see Kurureenu walking away and quickly ran to catch up with her. He tossed his arms around the girl in a hug from behind.
Kurureenu sighed. "I forgotten about your disrespect toward personal space," the girl muttered unenthusiastically.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Kazi asked.
"It means let go, back off, and no touchie," Kurureenu growled darkly, resulting in Kazi quickly letting go.
He nodded furiously. "Yes ma'am!" he exclaimed. "Speaking of ma'am..." The boy glanced around, then back toward Kurureenu. "Where's Harumoni?"
The blonde glanced toward him for a moment then looked back ahead, silently continuing forward. She didn't want to say anything about Harumoni's fate toward him. The girl was never one to deliver bad news. It brought sadness to some people. She hated being the cause of it. So she just stayed silent.
"Kurureenu...?" Kazi called with his brows raised in question.

"A jonin, you say...? Interesting...you definitely don't look the type to be a jonin....well, I guess you don't look Chuunin either, but whatever.." Haruka murmured.
As he brought up Harumoni's name, he glared towards Kazi. His eyes were filled with the lightning from his bloodline trait, and the world around Kazi would appear black. If he could tell, it was indeed a Genjutsu that was cast upon him. Haruka's voice echoed in the realm; only Kazi could hear Haruka's voice.
"That name...is taboo, here. Please, do not mention it again. She is...missing at the moment, and we're led to assume that she is dead. I'm not sure how close you are to her, but...yeah. I am Kurureenu's guardian now." He murmured with a sigh, which showed itself through the genjutsu.

Kazi seemed to have been taken slightly by surprise by the world darkening around him, but once he heard Haruka's words, he seemed to nod in understanding. "Mm-kay."
Kurureenu glanced up when Haruka sighed and glanced back toward him. She raised a brow toward him and rolled her eyes. "Forget about Harumoni for now. We're supposed to get to the hokage tower, right?" Kurureenu muttered as she placed her hands behind her head. "Oh, and Kazi... Don't flirt with me anymore."

Kazi raised a brow toward Haruka's words. "I just came back recently. I saw you and Kurureenu walking. Though I might've stuck around for about five minutes, being sure that you weren't an enemy until I recognized Kurureenu's voice and remembered that she never sang in front of many people. Not even me," the boy muttered glancing off toward the side. His last sentence had a small tone of jealousy to it.
Kurureenu glanced back toward the two once again and sighed, starting to think. I really want to run off somewhere now... But can I get away? she thought, glancing to one side, trying to think up a plan to get her away for just a little bit of time.

"Hn, I see..." Haruka murmured as he finally appeared in the Genjutsu, right in front of Kazi. He looked towards himm with a hint of curiosity that lingered inside his mind. "So how long have you known Kurureenu...? Obviously you have an emotional tie to her, considering you are very...er...clingy, on her."

Kazi smiled slightly. "I have been friends with her for..." the boy paused to count for a moment. "I think it was on her thirteenth birthday. She was hanging with Haru for the day and practicing when I accidentally ran into her. We just became friends from there. She was more playful then. She's gotten a bit on the more serious side now." Kazi stared toward Haruka for a little bit. "I was gone for a year. I didn't expect much to change at all."
Kurureenu glanced back toward the two wondering if they would notice as she started to glanced toward the side a bit. The foliage seemed to call out for her. She wanted to wait until she knew that the two weren't paying attention to her at all before she decided to quickly hide herself within the plants. She was quite a ways ahead anyway. They'll probably just think that she already started to run ahead to the tower and will wait up for them there. Great.

Haruka sighed slightly. "People change easily...I know I've changed from when I was younger. Of course, I have been through a lot." He chuckled softly and smiled slightly towards her. "I'll let you out of the genjutsu, as long as you agree to help me keep an eye on her. Harumoni left me a note, wanting me to watch over her...yet, ever since she disappeared, she hasn't really been the same...She acts normal, but I believe she suppresses her emotions...sometimes, when she runs off, I fear she won't come back..." Haruka said with a soft sigh. He then dispelled the Genjutsu, glancing towards Kazi.

Kazi nodded slightly and glanced ahead after the Genjutsu was dispelled. "Okay... Where is she now?" he asked, not seeing her on the path anymore. "She either ran away, like you were talking about earlier, or she ran ahead, not wanting to wait up." He was leaning more toward ran away as he gazed around.
Kurureenu moved swiftly through the foliage, not wanting to stop at the time being. She was happy to be around the plants. Soon the girl reached a lake. She smiled slightly and sat down for the time being, closing her eyes and listening to the sounds around her. Alone time. she thought soothingly.

Haruka looked around and growled slightly. He sighed softly. "She probably ran off again while I was too busy focusing on the Genjutsu...damnit." He cursed. "Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu." He muttered, creating a clone next to himself. He then sent it into the trees and sent it off in a random path to see if it could find her."Let's just go on ahead..." He murmured softly, walking off.

Kazi watched at he sent off a clone and sighed as he shook his head. "That girl can tell the perfect time to get away sometimes. That's practically how I managed to run into her when we first met. And she was so cute back then," he chuckled.
Kurureenu glanced around and ran forward to quickly dive into the water. She swam under the surface for a moment, in quickly thought as she tried to think of something, know that Haruka is bound to try something to find her. She didn't want to be found yet.

Haruka shrugged his shoulders as he looked down slightly. "As long as she comes back to us in one piece..." He murmured softly, his anger already gone. He looked towards Kazi and chuckled. "is it like, or love..?"
