Sakura blinked when Yamamoto suddenly landed beside her and she simply nodded her head back and continued running beside the man. "I hope Naruto-kun is ok" the pink haired kunoichi muttered and quickened her pace just for the fact that she didn`t want to get there to late.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Naruto-kun..." the snake girl gasped in surprise when she suddenly felt the hand in her`s loosen. She moved to catch Naruto as he fell. Lord knows Naruto was already hurt enough. Last thing the blonde needed was a bump on his head when he woke up. Kako let out a sigh and moved Naruto to lean against a tree. She figured since Sakura left to get help of some sort such help would be there soon so Kako just decided to take a seat next to Naruto till such help arrived.
She then noticed that really the only other person there was Sai. Not that it mattered much. It just happened to catch her attention. Her attention was soon brought to the fact that her snake eyes were still activated. She was purposely hesitating on canceling the ocular jutsu mainly because as soon as she does that it`s gonna hurt her head like hell but she knew the longer the jutsu was activated the more it would hurt. She simply shrugged it off and figured she would wait and cancel it once Sakura got back. If something else decided to attack then a head ache wouldn`t be very helpful during fighting.
She finally just leaned against her hand as she stared at the ground. "Gomennasai..." she muttered out. It was hard to tell who exactly that apology was for whether it be Sai, the unconscious Naruto, or Sakura who hadn`t shown up yet. Kako figured it was for everyone right about now.
Yamato looked over towards Sakura at hearing her mutter something and chuckled slightly as he continued to run forward. "Naruto-kun will be fine, Sakura-san. Sai is there watching over him, and I'm sure that Kako wouldn't try and hurt him or anything." Yamato commented as he started to speed up a little bit. He still was a bit worried about the nine-tailed jinchuuriki.
~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~`
Sai watched as Naruto started to fall and started to go to help him when Kako caught him in air. Sai sighed slightly and put his paintbrush and scroll away into his sack and put his arms to his sides and started to walk over towards Naruto, inspecting his body. He actually stopped the transformation of the Kyuubi? Remembering how he hurt Sakura must have inspired him...not only that, but he probably had a will to prove that he wasn't the Nine-Tailed fox, like he used to be called...
Haruka appeared next to Sai, whom looked at him with curiosity. Haruka had forgotten to disengage his bloodline. Haruka looked over towards the tree that Naruto was currently resting against, and smiled slightly. So he had actually fought off the demon. That's good... Haruka thought to himself, but winced slightly at the wounds Naruto had on his body by just almost going demon. It wasn't anything that Sakura couldn't heal, but he knew that it disrupted Naruto's body, and would most likely lead to him being in the hospital for a couple of days. Haruka then looked at Kako, then back towards Naruto and walked over to Naruto, kneeling beside him. "Orochimaru left, so you know. Left at a good time, or I would have killed him." Haruka murmured.
Yamato and Sakura finally reached Naruto, and Yamato blinked. Naruto fought off the demon within him? That's good. He looked towards Sakura. "Sakura, hurry and heal Naruto, then contact Tsunade-sama and tell her what has happened." Yamato commented, then looked over towards Kako. "So you're the fugitive that knocked out the jounin? Will you answer peacefully, or will this end up in a bad way?" Yamato asked calmly.
Sakura let out a relieved sigh when they finally arrived and she realized that Naruto was ok. He was hurt pretty bad but at least he had fought off the Kyuubi. Sakura looked at Haruka, Sai, and Kako and they looked to be ok other than the fact that Kako looked pretty sad for some reason. Or maybe the black haired kunoichi was thinking or something. It was hard to tell. Her thoughts were distracted when she heard Yamamoto`s orders and she nodded her head and walked over toward Naruto to take a seat beside him and begin healing him. She felt kinda bad since Naruto was just now getting over his last injuries and now he’ll have to do it all over again. But at least he was ok. Sakura was happy that at least that was true.
Kako watched Sai as he inspected Naruto. She figured he was probley just as surprised as she was that the blonde Jinchuuriki had fought off the Kyuubi. Of course she figured everyone would be like that when they arrived. Soon Haruka arrived and then Sakura and a man that she assumed was Yamamoto. Since everyone was here Kako decided she would go ahead and release her ocular jutsu. She did so and immediately after her head felt like someone was slowly trying to crush it, pressing harder and harder against the skull each second. The pain was enough to cause he vision to become dizzy and she took her hand and covered her eyes as she looked at the ground, gritting her teeth and holding back the tears the pain was trying to bring on.
The black haired kunoichi faintly made out the sound of Yamamoto`s voice through all the pain. Now she wasn’t only dealing with the pain from the intense headache brought on from using her snake eyes but now she was also brought to think about the decision she made of staying in Konoha. She could still leave right? She could run off right now, go back to Orochimaru`s hide out and just train with Sasuke to take her mind off the pain brought from the ocular jutsu like she usually did. She almost considered doing just that till she peeked one eye out from under her hand and glanced at Naruto. She said she would stay.....practically a promise and if there’s one thing Kako stood for it was holding up to her promises. But staying in Konoha would cause her to break a promise wouldn’t it?
~~~~~Flashback~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"You know training with Orochimaru-sama isn’t gonna be easy right?" asked a younger black haired girl as she walked by the familiar Uchiha that seemed to cause everyone so much grieving. "Yeah I know but....I’ll do anything to defeat my brother. I will avenge my clan...." he replied. "Is there....anyone there that you can tolerate and go to if you need to?" "No not really. I really hate everyone I`ve met who’s associated with Orochimaru. You’ll probley be the only one there I can tolerate. That is...if you do decide to go that is" the Uchiha stated and stopped walking to look at the girl with a serious stare. "You don`t have to go Kako-chan. You can still go back to Konoha. It’s fine" he stated before he continued walking. The girl stood still and watched the Uchiha walk for a moment, as if thinking. Finally she ran up to him and grabbed his hand. "I won’t let you go through all this alone Sasuke-kun. You were there for me when I needed you and now it’s my turn. I’ll train with you and we can help each other through the training. It’s a promise!" the girl stated with a smile. Sasuke glanced at her for a moment before letting a small smile grace his features. "It’s a promise....."
~~~~~~~~~~~End Flashback~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Kako finally let out a sigh as she broke out of the random flashback she had. I really must be going crazy if I’m having flashbacks out of the blue like that. she thought before uncovering her face with her hand and looking up at Yamamoto. "I’ll come back....I don`t wanna cause anymore trouble" she stated before moving to lean back against a tree and began to rub her temples in attempt to get rid of this pounding head ache. Now getting rid of this damned headache is my next objective....
The jinchuuriki had shallow breath when he fell unconscious, but when Sakura started to heal him, his breath started to regulate again. Which also meant that he started to feel a little bit of pain again, and he clenched his fists slightly. Suddenly, without warning, he jolted up into the air and held his hand out, a small bit of chakra circulating around his palm area. "Rasengan!" He called out, then blinked slightly and looked around, getting an odd look from both Yamato and Haruka. Naruto sighed slightly, then winced as he clutched his chest slightly. "Kuso..." He murmured out, putting his hands back at his sides. Haruka sighed slightly. He was either dreaming about fighting Sasuke, or maybe even Orochimaru... Haruka thought to himself with another sigh.
Sai examined Naruto for a few moments, watching as Sakura healed him, and when Naruto jolted into the air and cast his Rasengan. That was before, however, he noticed a pain signature coming from someone, and looked over towards Kako, who seemed to be in a bit of pain. Those eyes...cause her head to have extreme pain, and the more she uses it, the worse the pain, then? Sai thought, pulling out a scroll and writing something down, then tucking the scroll away just as quickly as he had pulled it out. He then looked back over towards Kako, watching her pain-induced drama for a few more moments before averting his gaze back over to the other people of his comrades.
Yamato looked towards Kako as she started to say her reply to him, and was, to say the least, a bit surprised at the reaction that she gave him. She would go back willingly..? He sighed slightly and started to make an advance towards her, but looked over to Naruto, wondering what had caused the reaction that he gave a few moments ago, before dismissing it and looking back over towards the snake female. He was about to grab her before Haruka appeared behind her, forcing her hands behind her back and making sure to have a very strong vice-like grip on her, to ensure she couldn't run.
"I...will take her to Tsunade-sama, so she can administer what she wishes to her." Haruka commented. "As I do that, I will also inform her of Naruto's condition, and have her prepare a room for Naruto." Haruka stated. Yamato simply nodded towards him before Haruka vanished with Kako, appearing in front of the Hokage's...well, in front of the Hokage, since she had thrown the desk out earlier.
~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~`~`
Haruka looked towards the Godaime for a few moments, then let out a sigh. "Unfortunately, I was unable to finally kill Orochimaru, but we have Kako, and she decided to come here willingly. Also, Naruto took himself out of the Kyuubi state, and suffered a few burns from the Kyuubi chakra, so I would like to have him put in a room, since I know he won't be able to move around for at least a few days." Haruka commented, loosening his grip on the female. "I'm sure if she tries to get away in here, you can handle her. She has a...headache at the moment. Do what you wish, Tsunade-sama." Haruka stated, before nodding towards the Godaime and vanishing from his very spot, leaving Kako with Tsunade.
Sakura focused as she continued to heal Naruto. She still had a ways to go till Naruto was even ready to be taken to the hospital but she was healing him at a good pace. She jumped back in shock when suddenly Naruto jumped up and looked like he was about to attack someone. Luckily he snapped out of it and sat back down right after but it made Sakura wonder what exactly he was dreaming but she decided she would have to ask later. She let out a sigh seeing that with his movements he reopened some of the wounds that she had just healed but shrugged and continued. "Calm down Naruto-kun. Everything is gonna be ok" she said assuredly, trying to calm Naruto down a little at least.
Kako flinched when she suddenly sensed Naruto jumping up but that was it. She had gone back to her previous position of being crouched over and looking at the ground while her hand covered her eyes since she found that rubbing her temples didn’t seem to help at all. Really the only thing she had found that helped at least a little was to just concentrate really hard on something insignificant like the sky or ground or something like that and then the pain would subside just a little at least but it still hurt like hell. So because of her attempt at intense concentration she really had barely noticed that Naruto made an action at all. She hadn’t even sensed Sai`s gaze on her while she was trying to block out all the noises and such outside to deal with the annoying headache.
Unfortunately her concentration was broken when not only the hand in front of her eyes as well as he other hand was pulled behind her and she looked back at Haruka and sighed. "Kuso....." she muttered under her breath as the pain from the head ache just seemed to get worse and this caused her to clench her fists that were held behind her.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When they arrived in front of the Hokage`s office Kako was slightly confused as to why there was a giant hole in the wall but she decided to just ignore it. Knowing Tsunade, she probley just had someone make her really REALLY mad.
Tsunade watched as Haruka arrived with Kako and took a minute to look at Kako. The girl seemed to be in pain but she understood this after listening to Haruka`s explanation and him saying that the girl had a headache. Though this seemed a little extreme for a normal headache though. The Godaim finished listening to Haruka and nodded her head. "Hai. Don`t worry Haruka-kun everything has been taken care of. Just take Naruto-kun to the village gate as soon as Sakura-chan is done healing him. There’s a medical squad ready to take him to the hospital" she responded before Haruka disappeared.
After Haruka was gone Tsunade`s attention went to Kako and she took a seat in her chair. Kako went ahead and took a seat in a chair in front of the Hokage`s desk before going back to rubbing her temples in order to find some pain relief of some sort. "Kako-chan would you like something for that headache?" Tsunade asked, knowing that she had to have at least a hundred different pills for such a thing. Kako just shook her head. "They don`t work. This is a side effect of an ocular jutsu. Part of having the jutsu is having to experience the pain afterward. No drugs work but thank you" Kako explained.
Tsunade shrugged and decided to get to work. "Well Kako-chan you are a traitor of the village as you know..." the hokage informed the snake princess. "Hai....what are ya gonna do? Lock me up? Make me go back to the academy? Never let me leave the village again? I don`t really care right now" Kako replied. Tsunade let out a sigh and leaned back, as if thinking for a moment on what the girl’s punishment should be. She seemed to come up with something finally when she looked at the girl again. "You will be under surveillance of Team Kakashi and any other shinobi I assign to watch you until further notice. You are not to go anywhere without such a person with you. Understand?" the hokage ordered and Kako gave the woman a confused look. "Why so lenient? And why Team Kakashi" she asked. "Most of the people on Team Kakashi are the people who wanted to bring you back to the village the most so they will not let you slip away so easily. As for why I’m being lenient. You decided to come back on your on will without a fight and you didn’t really hurt anyone so I decided you much not have much malice behind your intentions. Plus I did know you before you left Kako-chan. You’re not very good at hiding your real feelings" the hokage replied with a small coy smile and Kako just blinked in utter confusion. "B...But Tsunade-sama-" "Kako-chan? Have you ever heard of second chances?" there was a small silence between the two and finally Kako put on a small smile and looked away. "Arigato Tsunade-sama....." "By the way Kako-chan....what made you want to come back to the village so willingly?" "Well...Naruto-kun asked if I would come back and he was already so hurt and I knew if I said no he would try to bring me back by force. That would just hurt him more. He’s....you know.....still my friend. I didn’t want him hurt anymore" Kako explained and Tsunade smiled and nodded her head. "Oh...Gomen for the Jounin earlier. They’ll be fine. It was just a knock out venom I came up with. It doesn’t actually hurt you" Kako explained, suddenly remembering the incident from earlier. "You’ve learned to make potions like that?" Tsunade asked with an interested tone. "Well....yah. It’s gotten to be a hobby. When I’m not sleeping or training I read books about potions and venom and stuff...."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sakura finally let out a relieved sigh when she finished healing Naruto. "Ok I’m done" she stated and stood up.
Naruto blinked slightly as he looked over towards Sakura and at her soothing tone towards him and sighed, leaning back against the tree and looking away from them, too lost in his own thoughts. Was he dreaming when he heard Kako say that she was going back to Konoha? It must have been...he probably failed at getting her back, like he had failed at getting Sasuke back. He closed his sapphire-optics for a few moments before being disrupted from his thoughts at Haruka suddenly appearing in front of him.
"Once Naruto is done being healed..." He addressed Captain Yamato. "We are to take him to the Leaf Gates, where he will be taken by the Medical Nin to the hospital to recuperate for a few days, then he can resume his elemental recomposition training." Haruka stated, looking over towards Naruto, who nodded slightly towards him. "Oh, and Tsunade-sama is dealing with Kako-chan as we speak. Mission: Retrieve Kako, Successful." Haruka stated, and Naruto's eyes widened with disbelief. Kako was seriously back in Konohagakure?!!
When Sakura stood up after finishing healing him, Naruto quickly jumped into the air, obviously excited that Kako had come back to Konoha. "Yes!!!" Naruto exclaimed, then landed on the ground and fell over. "@.@" Haruka sighed slightly and picked up Naruto, starting to walk off. Haruka was about to dismiss everyone, but he stopped. "Ah, Yamato-Taichou, we're done, ne?" He murmured towards him. Yamato nodded. "Alright, Team Kakashi, dismissed!"
Sakura let out a sigh when Naruto jumped up right after she had finished healing him only to fall down which was very predictable. "Naruto-kun don`t make me have to reheal you all over again" the pink haired kunoichi warned the blonde Jinchuuriki. "Come on Sai" she stated toward the artist as she began to walk along side Haruka as they headed for Konoha. "Hm....I wonder what punishment Tsunade-sama gave Kako-chan" Sakura said, thinking out loud and hoping the punishment was too drastic. Sure Kako seemed bad at the beginning of all this but after Orochimaru showed up and she realized that her friends might get hurt the snake girl seemed to be seriously worried and allot like the Kako she knew.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Remind me again why you have to wait here with me? You can see me here from the hokage tower" Kako asked with an annoyed tone toward Tsunade who stood beside her at the entrance gate to the village. The snake princess was now no longer wearing the Orochimaru uniform she came to the village in. Tsunade had gone and convinced her that it wasn’t wise to wear such an outfit in public much less Konoha. So she was now instead wearing a red Chinese style shirt along with a black skirt and fishnet hose on her legs. It reminded Kako allot of what she wore about three years ago which she complained about but Tsunade just insisted that it’ll do until the girl had some money to buy her own clothes.
"Because Kako-chan I already told you that you must be under surveillance 24/7 by a member of Team Kakashi. And yes I can see you from the hokage tower but it’s safer to just do this. Now just shut up and wait for you baby sitters" Tsunade stated with a smirk that got on Kako`s nerves. "I’m not a damn baby old lady!!!" Kako said angrily and earned herself a hard punch to the head. "Respect your elders. By the way how is your headache?" the hokage asked and looked over at Kako who was holding her head tightly as if squeezing it would stop the pain. "Ah....It was.....getting better." the girl muttered painfully. As if her headache wasn’t enough. Now her head felt ten times worse. "Damn you to hell old lady......" "Do you want another hit?" "NO!!!!"

"Probably nothing too big..." Haruka commented as he continued to walk towards the village with Naruto slung over his shoulders. "Tsunade knew Kako, which already lowers the time done. Along with that, she came back willingly, so Tsunade will be lenient, I know...no matter how big the Godaime's temper is." Haruka said with a small chuckle. Sai, remaining silent, just started to follow beside Haruka, and Yamato follow beside Sakura.
"So, Sakura-san, how was Kako when you first met her?" Sai asked Sakura curiously, not wanting to feel left out of everything anymore. Haruka continued to remain silent, still pressing forward towards the Village Gate.

Sakura blinked when she heard Sai`s question and looked at the sky for a second to think. "Hm....It’s hard to explain what Kako-chan was like. Well she didn’t say much till she was like six when Sasuke-kun became her first friend and then eventually because of her being around Sasuke-kun so much she eventually met Naruto-kun, Haruka-kun, and me. She may have been silent when she was little but when she started getting friends and stuff she really came out of her shell. I remember me and her use to get in fights all the time cause I would get jealous that she got to hang out with Sasuke-kun so much. And....she use to tease Naruto-kun about how she was taller than him but I think what I remember most was how she liked to tease and flirt with the boys alot. I remember the first time she met Haruka-kun she was right next to him ALL day. And she use to flirt with not only Haruka-kun but also I remember Gaara-kun, Kiba-kun, Shikamaru-kun, Kankuro-kun, and even once with Naruto-kun. But mostly Haruka-kun" Sakura explained and giggled slightly at the funny memories. "But you know basically Kako-chan was stubborn, bad tempered, hated when she didn’t get her way, playful and hyperactive to the point that she could sometimes go in the same league as Naruto-kun but most of all more than anything she was really all about her friends. I think it was cause she didn’t have any for such a long time that she was like this but she really hated anyone being mean to her friends, her friends being hurt and she said she’d do anything for them. And I know it kinda seems like she’s not the same but I think deep inside she still is. I mean you can’t expect someone to spend about two and a half years with someone like Orochimaru and not change a little....." she explained the best she could.
Sakura looked back in front of herself and soon she saw that they were almost at the village and she could see the entrance gates. The first thing she saw though was Kako and Tsunade at the entrance. She hurried over to them, eager to hear what Tsunade had decided as Kako`s punishment. "Hey Tsunade-sama! So what did you decide to do with Kako-chan?" she asked and noticed Kako give a slight 'Hmph!' at the mention of her punishment which the snake girl found absolutely ridiculous.
"Hello Sakura-chan. I’m glad you asked. Starting today till I say other wise a member of Team Kakashi must baby-sit Kako-chan at all times" she stated and this broke Kako`s last nerve. "It’s not baby sitting old lady!!!" Kako blinked when she saw Tsunade raise her fist to punch the girl’s head and Kako yelped and jumped behind Sakura. "Don`t! Onegai, My head is just now starting to dull down" Kako stated and Sakura couldn’t help but let out a light laugh and Kako`s reaction.
Kako decided to make her way AWAY from Tsunade and over toward Haruka and noticed Naruto on his back. "Hm....Sakura-chan does good work" she stated seeing as how much better Naruto looks from when she saw him earlier. "Come on the Medical squad is over here" she stated and motioned Haruka to a group of medical ninja who where already holding a slab to carry Naruto on.

Sai payed close attention to Sakura's explanation of how Kako used to be, blinking slightly when Sakura paused for a moment and giggled, then resumed listening to her when she started to continue with the explanation. He took the info in as much as he could. So she flirted with all the boys, she was hyperactive, she was protective of her friends...Sai sighed slightly. It was going to be hard to think of a new pet name for her, considering she didn't even act like Sakura's explanation of her. Though, he did find truth in the latter part of Sakura's statement. Someone spending so much time with Orochimaru seemed to change a person, for when he saw Sasuke, he wasn't anyone to be a 'friend' with, like Naruto always claimed he was. After thinking for a few more moments, he looked over towards Sakura and smiled. "She looks like someone to become good friends with, Sakura-san." He commented, then continued to walk.
In the distance, Haruka saw Kako and Tsunade standing at the village gates, and he chuckled slightly. Just Kako standing there with her proved that Tsunade didn't really punish her, and he was quite eager to hear what Kako's punishment would be. With that being said, he started to quicken his pace, getting in range to hear Kako 'hmph' at Sakura's question, meaning that the Godaime gave her a very awkward punishment, knowing Kako like he did. He examined the two for a few moments, then let his eyes wander to the medical nin that were standing off to the side. He chuckled, then looked back towards the Godaime and the 'Cold-Hearted Vixen'.
When hearing Tsunade's punishment for Kako, Haruka almost fell over laughing. Team Kakashi was to baby-sit Kako? He chuckled softly, then blinked. He was part of Team Kakashi now, so it was also his responsibility to watch over her, which Haruka himself found amusing. He then heard Kako yell at the Godaime, and watched the Godaime threaten Kako, in which caused her to hide behind Sakura. How long does the headache last because of those new eyes...? Haruka thought to himself.
Haruka blinked slightly when Kako walked over to him, examining Naruto, and he chuckled. "Well, that's what you should expect when you train two and a half years with the Medical Expert, as well as a Sannin." He commented with a small smile. He then listened to what Kako had to say next and shrugged his shoulders. "I know." He commented, jumping from his spot and landing by the slab. He placed Naruto on it and motioned for them to leave. They nodded and started to go back to the Hospital.
Haruka then looked over towards Yamato, who was just watching everything going on, and walked over to him. "Yamato-Taichou, I know it's also part of my responsibility to baby-sit Kako chan, but do you mind if I leave to do some training? I should only be gone for a few hours." Haruka requested. Yamato chuckled. "You're a jounin now, Haruka. You have no need of my permission." The Wood-Style User commented towards the Elemental Nin. Haruka laughed slightly and nodded. "It's odd being recognized by an ANBU member like that, but thank you." Haruka commented, then vanished from his spot.
Sai blinked slightly and looked over towards Kako. He was supposed to baby-sit someone? Was that a new mission or something? He just pushed those thoughts to the side and walked over towards Tsunade, about to ask her a question, until Yamato cut in, "Tsunade-sama. If Kako-chan is indeed staying in the village, who is she staying with? Her old home is already bought by new residents." Yamato asked.

Kako watched as the medical ninja took Naruto to the hospital. She hoped the Kyuubi would be ok but she figured he would considering how well Sakura did with healing him and also she knew how well the Konoha hospital was at dealing with stuff like this. She still remembered countless times she visited the same place about three years ago. She was a very hard working shinobi and always ended up getting hurt or passing out from to much work during training. Eventually though one of her friends would find her and take her there to be taken care of. Though she was rather careless girl back then so she wouldn’t really wait till her wounds healed to start training again. Thus resulting in another trip to the hospital and a stern talking to from either her friends, a sensei, or even a nurse or doctor at the hospital. But Kako would always leave with the same happy smile on her face. The thought of the memory made Kako smile slightly before she finally snapped to.
The snake princess walked over beside Sakura and the two kunoichi watched as Haruka suddenly disappeared. They both assumed it was probley to do some training. It was then the two noticed Yamamoto`s question toward Tsunade.
Tsunade blinked at Yamamoto`s question and looked over at Kako with a smile before looking back at the ANBU member. "Well I’ll leave that to be Kako-chan`s decision. As long as she stays with a member of Team Kakashi there is no problem in the matter. "Well...I should probley go get back to the office. Shizune-chan will get mad if I make her fix that wall all by herself. Good bye Kako-chan, Sakura-chan, Sai-kun, Yamamoto-san." she stated before turning to leave but stopped to look at Sai, Sakura, and Yamamoto. "Oh and make sure Kako-chan is not left alone. Understand?" she asked and Sakura nodded her head in response. "Hai Sensei!" the pink haired kunoichi said and glanced at Kako. Kako just rolled her eyes and looked away. She never imagined she would be treated like a five year old when she was almost eight-teen. Tsunade shrugged her shoulders and continued to walk off.
"Well Kako-chan you’ll be staying with me right?" Sakura asked and earned an uncertain look from Kako. "Actually Sakura-chan....I’d rather stay with one of the boys" She stated and rubbed the back of her head, slightly nervous. Sakura blinked and immediately took what Kako said the wrong way. She placed an arm around her friend’s shoulder and led her away from the others so they couldn’t hear. "Kako-chan you just got back and you’re already planning to do that?!" the pink haired kunoichi whispered, only earning her a confused look from Kako as the black haired girl tilted her head to the side. "Um....Sakura-chan it’s just that....you’re my friend and all but whenever we end up alone together we end up arguing and I don`t really feel like doing that" Kako stated matter of factly. Sakura blinked and nodded her head when she suddenly realized she assumed the wrong thing. "Ooooh um...ok. Gomen" she stated and looked away, slightly embarrassed from her false accusation. "What were you thinking Sakura-chan?" "Oh! Uh...n...nothing! Anyway you can stay with whoever you want. It’s no problem! I’m gonna go wait in the hospital till Naruto-kun is ok. See ya!" Sakura said and waved to Kako and the others before heading off toward the hospital.
Kako blinked, confused that Sakura avoided the question but shrugged and turned to look at the others. She thought for a moment on who she would like to stay with. She already stated why she couldn’t stay with Sakura, Naruto would be in the hospital for a few days plus she’s seen Naruto`s place. It was much too small for two people. Haruka wasn’t here at the moment to ask, and she didn’t mind staying with Yamamoto or Kakashi but she would rather stay with someone of her age. She just felt it would be better that way. She looked up and saw Sai and walked over to the painter. She didn’t think anything was wrong with staying with Sai. Besides now maybe now she could make up for the bad first impression she made on him earlier which resulted in her new nickname being 'Cold-Hearted Vixen' which she still found slightly funny. "You don`t mind if I stay with you do you Sai-kun?" she asked and stared at the painter as she waited for an answer.

Yamato listened to Tsunade's explanation on the situation that was dealing with Kako, and gave the Godaime a nod, showing that he understood. He then listened to Tsunade say that the Snake-princess was not to be left alone, which brought a slight chuckle from Yamato, but he nodded. "Hai, Tsunade-sama." He commented, and looked over towards Kako to see her expression...which was her rolling her eyes towards the Godaime. He then looked over towards Sai, to see what he had to say to anything, and he nodded towards the Hokage, then started to watch her walk off. Kako's expression did confuse him a little bit, but he decided that he would follow it. After all, he knew Danzou wouldn't have anything to say about it.
Sai then decided that he would pay attention to the people of his own age, meaning Sakura and Kako. He started to watch as the two talked, and got slightly confused on what Sakura was trying to imply of Kako when she said that she would stay with one of the boys. Sai saw no problem in it, really. When Sakura took Kako away, he looked towards Yamato and scratched his chin with his index finger. "Um...what is Sakura-san trying to imply, Yamato-san? I don't see a problem with Kako staying with a male..." Sai commented. Yamato laughed slightly. "She's trying to imply...well, you'll see sometime." Yamato replied. Sai blinked then nodded, looking back over towards Sakura and Kako as they started to walk back, then watched as Sakura started to wave at them and run off towards the Hospital. Sai just shrugged his shoulders and looked back over towards Kako. Yamato laughed slightly then looked over towards Sai. "Keep an eye on Kako for me, Sai-kun. I'm going to make a quick trip to the hospital and check on Kakashi-sempai." Yamato commented. Sai nodded and Yamato left the area.
Sai then blinked slightly as Kako addressed him, seeing if she could stay in his house. Sai thought for a moment then gave her one of his smiles. "Of course you can, Kako-san. I see no problem in it." Sai replied towards the snake-princess. "I'll show you the way now, since I need to get a few things." Sai commented, then turned around and started to walk away from the area, stopping for a few moments only to look back towards the Kokonami female and give her a smile, then start to walk forward once again.

Eyes, deep in malice, looked over towards a pale man, letting out an aggrivated sigh. 'Moving again? Why so cautious?' Came a question from the irritated male. A chuckle came from the pale man as he replied, 'I don't want to chance the Leaf Ninja finding this place. Things will become...annoying if they do.' Red, Sharingan eyes looked towards the long-haired male, eyeing him for a moment. 'Where is Kako-chan? She was supposed to train with me this evening.' He asked. The Snake-lord chuckled, 'She has decided to pay a little visit to Konoha, Sasuke-kun...' Orochimaru commented, earning a sigh from Sasuke. 'Why didn't you train your daughter as hard as me? She's still...too soft. Even with those eyes you helped her acquire...' Came an irritated Sasuke. Orochimaru chuckled. 'She'll be back, Sasuke-kun...after all, she still has the curse mark, even if she doesn't use it that much...besides, those are eyes I've given to her...She'll be back if she wants to know more about them...' Orochimaru commented. Sasuke just let out a 'hmph' towards the male and sighed. 'Whatever. Let's just get to our training for the day. Unless you're too weak?' 'I'm fine, Sasuke-kun...' Orochimaru commented, and they both vanished.

Haruka stood at the training grounds, looking at the three stumps that stood there. He walked over to one of the stumps and decided to do a bit of Taijutsu training. Left punch, right punch, left kick, right kick...He did those steps in order, starting out slow in his course of actions before getting quicker and quicker with them, until his movements were barely noticeable. However, one of his hits got out of hand, and he accidentally snapped the log in half. He sighed slightly and stopped. "hm...guess I'm still a little angry." He commented, then looked up as a bird started to fly towards him. It dropped a scroll and he caught it, then opened it and looked at it. "Addressed to the Hokage...why was it given to me..?" He then noticed the bird fall to the ground, injured. "Hm...a shuriken wound...someone was trying to halt this bird...."
He then looked the scroll over. 'Hokage-sama, this is important, and concerning Naruto and Haruka-san. The Akatsuki...they are making more and more moves after jinchuuriki than ever. Though they seem to be saving Naruto-san for last, since he is the Nine-Tails, but Haruka-san may be threatened on a daily occasion. Not only that, but Orochimaru is out there as well, and moving around more, and can be a threat to Konohagakure. Sasuke can be as well, so I'm just warning you ahead of time. Ah, the Akatsuki have last been spotted in activity around the Waterfall Country, most likely to get another jinchuuriki. Signed, *********'
Haruka chuckled slightly and sealed the scroll, just as it had been found by the bird. The Akatsuki have been more active lately...hm. No wonder the bird was injured on the way here.. Haruka thought, then vanished from his spot and in front of the Hokage's door to her office, in which he decided to knock on the door.

Kako watched Yamamoto`s comment for Sai to keep an eye on her as he proceeded to disappear. She would have been slightly irritated at the fact that her ridiculous punishment kept being brought up but the thought was quickly pushed out of her mind when she heard Sai agree to let her live with him. She gave him a purely happy smiled and nodded her head in response. "Arigato Sai-kun! You’re the best!" she stated and when he began to walk off she soon followed suit. She blinked in confusion when she noticed him stop for a moment and look back at her just to smile. She wasn’t really sure why the painter did this but she didn’t want to be rude. Especially since he just agreed to share his home with her so the snake princess smiled back at him sweetly.
As Kako walked she let her mind wander and she suddenly noticed where the sun set in the sky. She let out a small sigh when she realized what time it was. Damn...It’s past the time I should be training with Sasuke-kun. What am I gonna do? I can’t get over how I’m breaking my promise to him. she thought and shook her head to get rid of the thoughts. Her head ache from her eyes was finally calming down and here she was about to give herself another. She would have to figure out what to do later. For now she had to think about something else. She looked around and the first thing she saw in front of her was Sai.
Sai was Definatly.....interesting. Not only with his jutsu that had interested her from the beginning but his behavior, she had noticed was original as well. He acted well...., Kako thought for a moment to think of something to describe the boy and in the end she could only come up with one thing. A koinu.... she thought. Yes Definatly....he was like a puppy who didn’t know yet how to act around other people so it acted kinda awkward. But puppies, even though they`re akward around new things, they always seem happy for some reason. She was sure that was Definatly like Sai when she thought about his smile. Not the fake smile she had received earlier when they first met but the real one she just received.
While she was occupying her mind by thinking about Sai`s characteristics she then suddenly remembered something that kind of bothered her. 'Of course you can, Kako-san. I see no problem in it.' maybe Kako was just picky or something but she didn’t feel comfortable with Sai using san for her. She understood why though since she heard him use it for Sakura many times but Kako was hoping to get to be friends with Sai and she felt she would rather have a friend use chan for her like Naruto, Sasuke, Haruka, and well...practically all her friends did. Orochimaru used chan for her as well and Kako didn’t really think he had the right to but she never felt like wasting her energy arguing with the snake lord over something as simple as honorifics. "You know Sai-kun..." she started out and walked forward so she was walking beside Sai. "You don`t have to use 'san' with me. I’d rather you use 'chan' instead. I mean if that’s ok with you. It’s just that all my friends use 'chan' and....I wanna be friends with you Sai-kun. So you should use it to! Ok?" she asked and gave Sai the same sweet smile she had given the painter earlier.

Tsunade let out a sigh as she helped Shizune fix the wall in her office. Well.....if you consider doing paper work and looking up occasionally to see how far the woman had gotten then yeah....she was helping. Her attention was soon brought to the door when she heard a knock on it. "Hai? Ni Hairu!" she ordered and waited to see who it was who needed her attention.

Once Sakura arrived at the hospital she soon found out at the front desk that Naruto wasn’t ready for visitors yet and was still being tended to by the Medical ninja. She figured that was so anyway so she decided she would go see how Kakashi was doing. She followed the oh so familiar route to her sensei’s room and knocked on the door before peeking her head in slightly, not wanting to interrupt his reading of his MANY Icha Icha Paradise books. "Kakashi-sensei! I’m here for a visit!" the pink haired kunoichi said happily. She did very well in hiding the worry in her voice that she still had for Naruto.

Sai listened to Kako's happiness and nodded towards her as he continued to walk forward, not really knowing what else to say. He noticed that the female smiled back towards him and blinked slightly, then nodded and continued to walk forward, thinking back to all the books he'd read about friendship to try and think of something else to talk about with her. He then remembered something that he read in a book. If your walking with someone you like, grab their hand. It's a sign to show them that you like them, and like to see them happy. Sai blinked slightly, not quite fully understanding what the book meant. He then made it so that his pace completely matched Kako's, and he reached out to grab her hand. He didn't know how it showed that he liked someone(as a friend[as far as he knew]), but that's what the book said, and he was going to follow it.
Sai blinked slightly when Kako stopped him and started to talk to him, how he could call her chan instead of san. He thought for a moment as he looked towards her, then gave her a smile. "Of course, Kako-chan. I want to be good friends with you, too. That's why I'm holding your hand! I read in a book that holding someone's hand, that you want to know that you like them, to grab their hand and walk with them. It's a good sign, I suppose." Sai commented with a smile towards her. "But Kako-chan, we better hurry, it's going to be dark soon. Would you like to...um..." Sai looked away for a moment, scratching his chin slightly, "um...have some dinner with me? It also said that providing dinner with friends is another sign that you like them!" Sai commented with another smile forming upon his face as he looked towards Kako. Little did he know that the book he had read about friendships was ACTUALLY something talking about how to show someone you like them and would like to date them...but that's Sai.

When Haruka heard the Godaime shout, he opened the door and walked in front of the desk. As he was about to speak, he noticed that Shizune was repairing the wall, and shrugged slightly. "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu." He commented, sending a shadow clone of himself to help Shizune. He then looked towards Tsunade and sighed, handing her the scroll he had found. "Someone sent you a scroll, but the bird didn't have the strength to make it to your room, since it was injured. The Akatsuki are moving about too much, and are trying to halt our connections to them, since Team Kakashi killed an Akatsuki member. To wrap it all up, we're becoming a threat to them, and they don't like it one bit." Haruka commented, looking the Godaime straight in the eyes.
"With all of that being said..." Haruka commented as he stepped back slightly from the desk, laying his arms to his sides. "What would you have me do, Tsunade-sama?" He asked the Female Hokage, giving her a slightly innocent smile, showing that he actually meant business, rather than to just fool around.

Yamato entered the room with Kakashi, giving him a slight smile. "How are you feeling now, Kakashi-sempai?" Yamato asked him. Kakashi sighed slightly. "Besides being cooped up in bed, I'm fine. Just using that Mangekyo Sharingan took too much strain on my body, since I'm not a full-fledged Uchiha." Kakashi commented. Yamato laughed slightly. "But for only having one sharingan eye, and being of no Uchiha blood, you handle things with it quite well." "Years of practice..." Kakashi said with a slight smile, though hidden by his mask.
"So...what do you think of Haruka-san joining Team Kakashi?" Yamato asked, this time seriously. Kakashi shrugged his shoulders. "I haven't ever seen him in battle too much, but he's a jounin, and hasn't ever failed a mission. Quite an advancement, considering his age. The only problem is..." "That'll make attacked from Akatsuki twice than what they were." Yamato finished. "Though, they most likely don't know his whereabouts." Kakashi commented. Yamato nodded slightly and blinked as he heard Sakura's voice as she opened the door, and he looked towards her. "Oh, Hello Sakura." Kakashi commented, and Yamato nodded towards her as well.

As Kako was walking beside the painter she suddenly felt him grab her hand. She blinked and looked down at their hands and a light pink immediately stained her cheeks in embarrassment. She wasn’t really use to a guy holding her hand like this. When she was younger and use to flirt alot she would hold a boy’s hand on her own accord to see their reaction but this was kinda the first time a boy did it on their own. Even Sasuke wasn’t really the type for holding hands. The one time she had gotten the Uchiha to do such an action was when she first had to get use to the head aches caused by her ocular jutsu and Sasuke was kind enough to offer his hand in order to help her through the pain. But Sai was defiantly the first to grab her hand for no reason. But despite her nervousness caused by the action Kako didn’t really wanna push his hand away so at the cost of her face turning slightly more red she allowed him to continue as well as gripping his hand in return.
Her blush faded slightly when she listened to him reply to her comment about using chan with her. She was happy that he agreed to using chan for her and that he also wanted to be friends with her. She soon heard the reason for him holding her hand and was slightly confused for a moment but supposed that made sense. It was simple....Sai was just trying to show he liked her..........................................................wait wha?! Her face went back to it’s previous pink state at the fact that Sai may have just...kinda....confessed to her. She didn’t really understand it though. Why would Sai like her when they just met? She was about to ask that when he heard him ask her to have dinner with him. He also mentioned the book he had read it in again and it lead Kako to wonder what kinda books Sai was reading. But she was kinda hungry. She was about to answer the painter but her stomach went ahead and answered with a growl. Kako blushed in embarrassment and giggled slightly. "Well...I guess ya got your answer there Sai-kun. But yeah sure! I’d love to have dinner with you Sai-kun" she stated happily. She didn’t really think the dinner was as big of a deal as the hand holding was. After all why would she? She had dinner with Sasuke practically every night plus she had gone to have ramen with Naruto and Haruka and even Sakura on many occasions as well so it wasn’t that big a deal right? Kako was even starting to like the hand holding part as well. As she continued walking hand in hand with Sai, completely oblivious to what most people might think at just glancing at the two, she started to think about the few things she knew about Sai and suddenly thought of something to ask. "Hey Sai-kun when we get to your place after we eat can I see some of your paintings? I actually really love art like that so...I’d like to see what you’ve made" she asked sweetly as she glanced over at Sai.

Tsunade watched as Haruka entered her office and for a moment realized that the boy had seemed to come to her office on more and more occasions. She forgot about the thought though when she watched him make a clone to help Shizune which seemed to make her friend fairly happy to have the help. She took the scroll from the red haired male and read through it as she listened to his description of what was written inside. What she was hearing/reading was nothing that she didn’t already know. Other than the fact that the Akatsuki`s current location was in the Waterfall country, which she was pretty happy to know such information.
When she was done analyzing the scroll she let out a sigh and set it down and leaned back in her chair to look at Haruka with his obviously serious expression. "Hm...There isn’t much you can do until Naruto-kun is out of the hospital seeing as you are apart of Team Kakashi." she stated and turned to look out over the village. "Let’s wait till Naruto-kun is better and then I’ll send team Kakashi on a simple mission away from the village. It’ll be harder for Akatsuki to track you two if you don`t stay in the same place. Till then we should be fine. The Akatsuki don`t really go anywhere unnoticed so if they are heading toward Konoha we will surely find out in time" she informed Haruka and turned to look at him with a calm smile on her face. "Till then just rest for now Haruka-kun. I’ll inform you if anything comes up. And thank you for bringing me the scroll" she stated and turned to look where Shizune and Haruka`s clone had been working and was surprised to see it was almost completely fixed. Haruka`s clone did good work.

Sakura blinked when she saw that Yamato was in the room visiting Kakashi as well. "Hello Kakashi-sensei! Yamato-taicho!" she greeted the two and took a seat on a chair beside Kakashi`s bed. "Feeling any better Kakashi-sensei?"
