A girl with long black hair leaned against a tree in Konoha, bored. Her friends Sasuke and Naruto were busy with....some kind of training with their sensei and she was left alone. She let out a sigh and smiled happily toward a passing Jounin. The Jounin waved back and it reminded the girl of how much things had changed lately. More people payed notice to her than when she was younger, not saying that there still weren`t those people who looked away, but it felt good to have people start trusting her.
2 passing children passed by and looked at her for a moment and whispered something to each other before running off. She let out another sigh and looked away. It wasn`t that easy to get completely rid of rumors but she dealt with it. Her thoughts were ended when she saw someone`s shadow lay on the ground in front of her, signaling that someone was behind her.

A man with short red-ish hair had been wandering Konoha's streets carelessly. Their hokage had called him down to the village for who knows what, and he had pretty much nothing to do in his case. He decided to just wait until he was given further instructions, but he didn't know what he should do to pass the time. Naruto, although annoying to him, could easily pass his time, but of course he and the rest of Team 7 was out training together..that, or another mission. He shook his head in an annoyed fashion, but that was when his ruby-red optics caught a glimpse of a girl strayed out from the rest of the village, just leaning on a tree by her lonesome. He chuckled softly and vanished from his spot, appearing behind the girl. "Hn. I don't believe we have met. I'm Haruka Raikou, and you are..?"

Kurureenu was at a park, playing with some children since the day came uneventful. She soon departed and quickly headed off in a random direction at a fast pace, humming a note per step that she took, creating a full tune. It was when she passed a tree with a girl that she didn't know and her friend, Haruka. She waved to the two, just hoping to pass by before she ran into a different tree.
"How'd that get there?" Kurureenu asked herself, rubbing her head as she looked behind her, noticing that she had strayed off the walk and into the tree. "That explains it." She quickly moved away from the tree and paced over toward the two and just sat down. "Y'know, someone could of warned me of the tree," she muttered, rubbing her head still, but laughing as she did so.

She turned and looked up at the red haired male. She was still alittle shy and awkward around other people but she was slowly getting over it. " Ha-ru-ka-kun?" she sounded out, liking the sound of his name "I`m Kako Kokanami. I`ve never seen you around here before"

"Well, I am not from this village. The blasted Hokage called me here for who knows what..." He said with a slight chuckle. He then looked over towards Kurureenu and let a slight laugh accompany the glance. "Eh, still as clutzy as ever, I see.." He murmured.

Kurureenu passed Haruka a glare and focused on the girl instead. "Heya. I'm Kurureenu but, because of people's lack of pronouncing it right, you can call me Reenu or Ku," she grinned, accompanying it with a small wave. "Then, as Haruka plainly pointed out with my example, I'm a klutz. You know that much about me already," she chuckled, sticking her tongue out at Haruka.

"Um....ok" she said and laughed slightly at the 2. "Well I was born here but um...there`s nothing to do at the moment. And Sasuke-kun and Naruto-kun are busy so...yah" she stated, not knowing exactly what to say.

He chuckled slightly and looked between the two females. "Well, I suppose we three could go do something together...if you two don't mind. I'm tired of waiting for the old hag has to say about why she called me here.."

Kurureenu stood up and stretched slightly. "Great! I'm in! Just... No more trees," she muttered, glaring at the tree she ran into earlier. "So you know Naruto and Sasuke? I haven't known them for too long, but I hadn't heard anything about you yet." She shook her head slightly and sighed as she whispered 'dobes' under her breath.

Kako nodded her head toward Reenu`s statement and started walking along with the 2 soon to be friends. "Yeah. Sasuke-kun was my first true friend and by association Naruto-kun and I became close as well" she stated and noticed a couple of people they had passed looking at her and whispering but she hid her sorrow with an innocent smile and decided to just continue with her story. "It meant allot for Sasuke-kun to be my friend. It`s....alittle hard for me to make friends around here for some reason. But It`s ok with me" she said and passed it off like it was no big deal.

He looked at Kako with a curious glance, thinking of what she had told them. It was hard for her to make friends? Sounded like she had a demon inside of her, making her a jinchuuriki, to him. But, he didn't think she was. He knew all the jinchuuriki, himself included, and knew that she couldn't be. But why would it be hard for her to be friends with? She seemed good enough a person. He shrugged his shoulders lightly as he walked. "Hn..Where to?"

Kurureenu glanced over toward Kako toward what she said about it being hard for her to make friends. It reminded her of when she didn't get any friends when she was younger, though it was possibly because of her attitude about crowds and not being all too into meeting new people.
When Haruka spoke, Kurureenu shrugged. "I say it's Kako's choice," she smiled, turning toward Kako with a friendly smile.

"Hm....I say...." Kako thought for a moment before she came up with an idea "How about Ichiraku`s (yesh she loves ramen to) and then a trip to the lake nearby? It`s perfect weather for swimming!" she stated happily, hoping the 2 liked the idea.

"Sounds like a plan...and maybe we will end up meeting the dobe there." He commented, referring to the other jinchuuriki Naruto. He shrugged his shoulders. "Let us be off?" He murmured as he started to walk towards Ichiraku's ramen shop.

Kurureenu nodded and followed behind Haruka. She waved toward Kako real quickly to hopefully get her attention and started to make funny faces at Haruka, ready to stop if he turned around. She wanted to try to make Kako laugh and be annoying at the same time.
